Pros
- There was a really great engineering culture. CTO's understanding of various technologies and approaches was quite deep, I lerned a lot from him. - Was able to switch to backend development from mobile development without salary change, despite the fact that I hadn't much experience in that particular field.
Cons
I was assigned to automated integration tests creation for backend for a few months. That turned out to be pretty tedious, so eventually I left the company.
