Very hostile environment. Owner is a very ugly individual. Constantly disrespecting his employees by yelling and screaming at them. You can give this company 150% and it’s never acknowledged and least of all compensated. That one thing you may not have gotten quite right will be repeatedly thrown in your face. Never satisfied. I get it. It’s your company and it has to be your way. You know what he should run the company by himself which by the way he goes through staff it may just happen sooner than he believes. Maybe then he’ll get it. Maybe not....
If I would have done my research and read this company’s reviews I would not have accepted what appeared to be a good offer. RED FLAGS 🚩🚩🚩
