Pros
I worked as a one of their Financial Advisors for a year and a half and as an assistant manager for almost two years. When you work there you actually get up every morning and want to get to work as soon as possible. It's such an ejoyable place to work and the work/life balance is a perfect mix. If you have the chance to work here do it, you wont regret it.
Cons
Like someone else mentioned, the insurance can be a bit high but thats to be expected. I will say when I used it, they paid for everything. I never once got a bill which was nice. I would rather pay a higher premium and not have to wait for a huge bill if you take any trips to the doc. Not really a con but at least something to think about.
