      Pros

      Good place to get your first teaching position.

      Cons

      So many cons! Terrible management, don't keep in touch with employees. In 7 years of teaching I NEVER ONCE heard from my dean. Never checked in on me to see how I was doing. Pay is low. Support is nonexistent. Incompetent full-time professors. Lack of communication is the worst I've ever seen.

      Great family-work balance, Friendly staff, Supportive coworkers and supervisors.

      Cons

      Pay could be better and based on education, time at company, experience and merit. Health insurance is way too high priced.

      Pros

      Extremely good working environment, department chair and dean are very supportive.

      Cons

      The VP and upper manager is very hard to get a response from; it will take months to get your inquiry heard in some cases.
