      Pros

      Nice people to work with overall and a decent working environment except for the backstabbing person running the show.

      Cons

      The CEO lied to me and went back on a signed offer letter and never let me actually do a good part of my job. Once they realized they have squandered way too much money on a program that was a failure and didn't want to put the effort into it they let me go. They also provided NO training

      Ability to work remotely, many long time employees.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. A once family owned and run business that has put the wrong people in charge of making decisions. It's negatively affected culture.
