Pros

easy work, fun coworkers thats all

Cons

having to sign a arbitration contract, unprofessional managers/ regionals, if i hadn't signed a arbitration paper I would sue for harassment, and its still in consideration, I've been documenting all incidents, there is no way to move up, pay in based on things you have no control of such as cancellations, loss ratios, and god knows what else. oh and six days a week so it hardly feels like a day off.

Pros

The only Pro to this job is that you get paid weekly other than that I can't think have a single thing that I can say is Pro about this place

Cons

There are so many to list starting with a Six-Day work week only adding up to 37 hours. Then there is the unprofessionalism of the gossiping employees. The lack of management skills. The constant change in procedures. Openly admitted affairs between the boss and employees. Openly discussing employees alcohol and drug use. Profanity constantly flying through the locations by management and employees. A very unprofessional environment.
