It was a little rough with the leadership before but I believe that has gotten a lot better.

It's a non for profit so, of course, there's a little bit of chaos

The people running this rescue have big hearts and a passion for the mission. The ED especially has a passion but some find her hard to work with. Personally, I liked working with her. She is smart, ambitious and passionate.

The other management there is a little overworked and does not have the ability to care about the staff. They are apathetic towards the staff and disrespectful. Also, the front manager was a horribly disrespectful and deceitful person.
