Focus on ethics, solid historical performance and strong, loyal customer base

Rockwell, once a company where most people worked until their retirement, has evolved to become more like a tech company, including mass layoffs as a response to slower demand. Still a good company to work for, just don't expect the same kind of employee retention ethic as before.
