      Nether the top management not the middle management (your direct manager) know what they are doing nor there is any way you can see where the company is heading to.

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
