Great MNC with incompetent local management - Marketing Lead Rockwell Automation Employee Review

Unfortunately the Australian operation is full of incompetent management, most of whom were only hired because they are connected to the APAC president. So they value incompetence and unquestioned obedience and want constant praises. If you are not willing to do that they will create a toxic work environment and make your life miserable.
