      Good training program and oppourtunity and can develop personal capability

      Cons

      Could be proessure since you have to take all responsiblity and force related resources to work together But, after time gose , you will figure out the way. If you are smart, time will be short to adapt to tough situation

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
