      Pros

      Great people and excellent company culture. I genuinely feel like a contributing member and had a lot of help from the management team.

      Cons

      Benefits could be improved. The salary was a bit low. And the room for advancement in the future is not very promising.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
