Not a fair place to work - Engineer Rockwell Automation Employee Review

- I can't not speak for the entire company, but only for our business (motion control)...it is NOT a meritocracy environment. It is not about how hard you work, it is about who you know...to an extreme level: for example, our management hired junior person to manage a team with senior team members. I don't mean it in my opinion, I mean they literally the manager is with a lower career band than the team that is managed. HR is non existent in terms of making it a rewarding and fair place to work. - yearly pay raise is at 1-2% if meeting the performance goal. - This company is very siloed. Be prepare to spend a chunk of time being frustrated that SAP is in the way of everything and nobody knows how a process works
