      Earn okay income to make living.

      Cons

      No stock option for regular employee. No anual celebration. Low moral. Vacation time cannot be acured to next year.

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
