      Pros

      Highly professional and technically advanced company with great individuals working across the globe. Have always been treated well and with respect.

      Cons

      Depending on what you working on at the time can be quite demanding. Some times need to work well past the "normal" work hours but that's engineering !

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
