Pros

Worked at lots of places both big and small and this is honestly the first time I can say I can tell everyone cares about my personal and professional development. Pay structure let’s you thrive if you’re willing to put in the work without letting you drown while you learn and gain confidence.

Cons

Hours can suck. There’s work life balance but if you genuinely aren’t looking for accelerated growth and you’re not willing to put in the time to get there then don't bother applying. You also have to start at the entry level no matter what experience you already have but it’s worth it so you know how everything runs.

#1 Intense & Invaluable Every day at Rocksteady Promotions is worth at least a week at a regular job. You will believe after one month that any particular job that you had prior is easy compared to the rigor of this job. I'd say its worth just as much as a college B.A Degree because the training is applied wisdom that we use everyday. Everything we practice is done both at the office and in B2B. #2 Weekly Compensation - Our commissions are always paid weekly 4x a month #3 Elite Product and Services - The Broker Online Exchange app is simple and easy to use and the services and products offered to customers is extremely hard to match by competitors compared in this current energy market. I could definitely recommend a friend to partner with Rocksteady Promotions in the future. It is a great service that is offered as an affiliate of Broker Online Exchange. #4 Mentorship We are trained daily and all of the team leaders and management are open towards teaching their trainees to meet their financial goals.
