Pros
Rockit has a comfortable work environment, it is business casual all the time, it offers fun activities from mini golf to Pizza Fridays. The managers keep an open door policy and are always available to assist and provide their colleagues with professional growth. Rockit is a great place for those right out of school as it has many opportunities for career advancement and it is evident as the employee turnover rate is low. For those looking to be in finance and get their start, its a great place to do so.
Cons
I can't think of any cons except for the influx of work as business is growing and currently we are all wearing many hats and doing many roles outside of our current position.
