Pros
Limited positives to highlight at this stage.
Cons
There is a significant lack of product ownership and knowledge distribution. No single team or individual appears to have complete knowledge of the product, making development unnecessarily difficult. Over the last 1.5 years, many senior employees have left—either voluntarily or due to company decisions—resulting in organizational instability and loss of valuable expertise. Knowledge transfer is extremely poor, with little to no structured mentoring, documentation, or onboarding support. New and existing employees often struggle due to the absence of guidance. Job security feels uncertain. Even senior employees can be let go suddenly, often with limited communication or transparency, creating anxiety and reducing trust across teams. Work-life balance is not respected, making it difficult for employees seeking a sustainable and healthy work culture. Leadership appears to lack a consistent long-term vision, leading to frequent shifts in priorities and uncertainty. There is a perception of favoritism in recognition and growth. Employees who openly align with or praise leadership—particularly senior executives such as the CPO—appear to receive greater visibility and rewards, while constructive feedback is not always encouraged. Since the recent Series C funding, there seems to be a strong emphasis on projecting growth and success to attract new hires. At times, the internal reality does not appear aligned with the external image being presented. Employee reviews on public platforms may not always reflect a balanced picture. There appears to be an unusual concentration of overly positive reviews during hiring periods, which can create skepticism about authenticity.
