Cons
Low pay relative to the industry. A ton of competitors in the space. Hiring process is stunningly long (5 interviews) for a manager job that has a base salary of around $80K and an OTE of $120K for overseeing a team of 8-10 people. Upward mobility is not as attractive if you cannot retain talent due to the comp shortfall. Series C - nothing is guaranteed long-term so performance is required to stay.
