Hold management accountable! - Anonymous employee Rocket Software Employee Review

After Rocket acquires a company, they allow the existing management of the acquired company to continue "business as usual". There seems to be no review of said managers skills - whether good or bad - and when there is a bad manager and his/her behavior is brought to the attention of upper management - they do nothing about it. Sales numbers and moral goes down and then they start firing sales people as if it was their fault.
