      Company values, people are nice to each other

      Zero opportunities learn or add value, can get stagnated, resume can get very outdated and we become unmarketbable in no time.

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
