Pros
Very few remain. If you're okay with unrealistic expectations, lack of culture, and being treated more like a machine than a human, then I suppose the remote work and “unlimited” PTO are technically perks.
Cons
The company used to be incredible. I was there before the culture change, when the culture made you feel like you mattered. There was genuine care for employee growth, a strong sense of support, and a care for work / life balance. The culture has declined rapidly. A recent 5-star review (clearly written by someone in leadership) described the shift as moving away from a “soft, family-style” company. But that’s a complete mischaracterization. The environment wasn’t “soft”—it was thoughtful, intentional, and human-centered. That has now been replaced with a cold, disillusioned mindset. Leadership seems to believe performance is driven by pressure and removing “underperformers” rather than by investing in people and creating a culture where employees want to do great work. Culture is what inspires people to care. It's what makes them show up and give their best. Without it, what’s left is a soulless grind. I don’t see how this agency can thrive long-term under the current mentality.
