Pros

They used to make some efforts to boost employee relationships. They have stopped all that with time.

Cons

The leadership is awfully arrogant and mean. These toxic people make terrible decisions and then blame the employees for not being good enough. It was ridiculously stressful to work for people who looked for a new target every few weeks. You never knew when you would be targeted.

Pros

I've been in marketing for over 15 years. I've worked at digital agencies, full-service agencies, and boutique agencies. This is the first agency I've been a part of where there culture, structure and expectations are aligned. The focus is practical, and candidly, refreshing. There is no fluff. No marketing theatre. You are encouraged to be hyper-focused on delivering results for your client. Personal and professional development isn’t just encouraged, it’s built into the culture. You’re held accountable in a supportive way, which pushes you to grow in ways that extend far beyond your job description. That kind of investment is rare. Leadership is direct, transparent, and willing to make hard calls in service of the bigger vision. There’s a clear sense of direction, and the team isn’t afraid to confront hard truths to get better. You’re trusted to own your work, make decisions, and bring ideas to the table. If you’re driven and proactive, you’ll thrive here.

Cons

Expectations are high. Rightfully so. But that can sometimes lead to ambiguity around what “great” looks like in newer, evolving roles. Clarity around role success metrics earlier in the onboarding process help team members hit the ground running with more confidence and add value faster. As the agency grows and evolves, staying tightly aligned across departments can be challenging. Communication is solid, but with so many moving pieces, gaps in cross-functional clarity can pop up. More touch points or shared planning tools could smooth that out.

Pros

There are some pretty good people there, outside of leadership

Cons

Leadership is fantastic at giving inspiring speeches and talking a big game, but there is zero substance behind the words. Ever since the partnership or involvement with Sterling Lawyers began, the entire operational structure has descended into absolute chaos. The new leadership direction is completely tanking employee morale. Decisions feel reactive, communication is messy, and the overall company culture has degraded rapidly. To make matters worse, the new president’s leadership style and public communication are frankly a little cringe, making it hard for staff to take the new vision seriously.
