Pros

Apart from the cohorts and the great people I met, no other pros.

Cons

The company is managed awfully, promises of clients was an integral part of their business model, however they did not live up to their promises, as they lay in the dark about everything. Every time they were asked if any clients have been secured, the same record would be on repeat. The training itself was an absolute shambles, it was outsourced, and the partners have very low input. Teaching us about ethics when they clearly have none, and the CDOs technical skill level is lacking, which is quite ironic…but I digress. Selling dreams and are completely out of their depth, do not fall for the trap. “Most valuable asset” - complete nonsense. Their lack of ability to secure clients, was thrown on us.

I always appreciate individuals sharing their feedback, it’s actually a really hard thing to do sometimes, not just because you are never sure how someone will react but also providing constructive feedback is actually a bit of an art form, takes a bit of practice. One thing I would always ask is to share feedback in real time, it help us make the changes there and then– it makes such a difference. Thank you for sharing this, I’ll go away and reflect on this and look at the take aways. Best wishes, Amy

Pros

Adequate training especially for those with no background in the industry

Cons

• Initially advertised as a data engineering training scheme with almost no clients and little training on skills regarding a role like this • The data coaches are clearly overloaded as little feedback is received for many pieces of work, even with multiple attempts to follow up • Awful communication all around: managements handling of redundancies; when not on client site, the ‘bench’ is a mess, with no clear plan from the coaches • Terrible planning from management, they took on more employees with the expectation that they would have more clients, eventually leading to mass redundancies when they evidently exaggerated their growth trajectory; unlikely to learn their lesson with 2 mass redundancies in 2 years and little change in the team making these decisions

Pros

Easy commute. A short walk from the station.

Cons

Management bullies employees to make them quit instead of admitting that they can no longer afford the salary. Honesty has never been their strongest trait as can be seen in some of the other reviews about them.
