Excellent co-workers and management. Doesn't feel like there's a hierarchy. Everyone's willing to help each other out.

Could use some more structure

Really great group of guys to work with, and you can tell they want to help you succeed. It's a small company, so it's easy to know everyone and there's a lot more of a laid-back feel, but everyone is still very invested in being competitive and getting the job done. Best work-life balance I've had so far. The free snacks from Costco don't hurt either!

Not a whole lot, really. It's a great place to work.
