      Pros

      Great food, great service, and constantly busy. Great training program. Good pay and decent benefits. Both FOH and BOH were a lot of fun to work with.

      Cons

      Working 70 plus hours a week. Its one thing to fill in for a position in the Heart of House, its another to have work an position for an entire shift while also completing all of your normal managerial duties.

      Pros

      This place felt like Cheers most of the time. It was the most fun I've ever had at a job! Sadly, it did not make it through Covid. It will be very missed.

      The worst and best part was how busy it would get here!
