Pros
I cannot think of any pros, yes it's that bad.
Cons
- no work life balance - over worked and underpaid - no bonuses and/or increases - no opportunity for growth - no work culture - If you blink too hard someone is upset - ALOT of favoritism - Have a look at their management team and you will notice there is no diversity - There is no proper guidelines for job description - You are asked daily to do things that are not part of your job - very out dated when it comes to technology
