      Pros

      Really friendly coworkers and overall great city in Rochester. The culture was quite laid back, and I really got to know the group of people working there.

      Cons

      There was little motivation for success. Most employees are very content doing an okay job day after day, year after year.

      Pros

      Plenty of parking, deans and teaching staff are nice, bookstore is good, great insurance.

      Cons

      The buildings are falling apart with water leaks and mold. Many employees do the bare minimum. Rampant trust issues. Administration is unhelpful and acts like a private club. Rules differ based on who you know.
