      Great talent, opportunities to meet with senior management on a regular basis, can grow by taking advantage of different job opportunities internally

      Cons

      Lacks innovation. Senior management does not consider the amount of great talent available within the organization when making strategic decisions. Also very politically driven.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
