Pros

Continuous exposure to various departments, deeply integrated in the organization. Possibility of placements abroad. Very competitive salary compared to peers, performance and commute bonuses. Participation in a junior company with responsibility to manage an annual budget of 150k

Cons

The job postings for dual students are relatively scarce and unappealing. As far as Grenzach-Wyhlen is concerned, the positions available are almost exclusively assistants. No possibility to go into sales unless you have 3-5 years of experience. Very-trainee oriented (candidates with PhDs)

Pros

The benefits are good so far just like any other company

Cons

Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
