Doesn't take sexual harassment seriously Maintenance manager has a claimed maintenance background but struggles with simple tasks and terminology. Maintenance manager tries to play things close to the chest by lying to his boss, contractors, and employees. Maintenance manager has a willful lack of employment laws and believes the company lawyers will protect him not the company. Maintenance manager will try to deny you your lunch because of his poor planning. Slow to order and supply safety items. Yearly "raises" do not keep up with inflation, but management will pretend it's a golden gift. Will underbid the posted salary for positions.
