Young company, lots of potential, some people are really into making it work

The organization within Roboze is tricky. Some people in management are highly skilled while others are there because they were on the company from the beginning or because they're friends with the owner. The latter often lacks what it takes to manage, and some specific individuals in that group act like their gods and they can do anything in the company because they're friends with the owner. Another issue with the company is that it's part of their culture to overpromise compensation, results etc to both employees and customers. They pump you up with promises, but they ends up ALWAYS under delivering.
