      Pros

      Everyone is there to help you. Attorneys are friendly and approachable, LAA's are absolutely wonderful. Hours, benefits, bonuses, and profit sharing are good!

      Cons

      Staff doesn't feel appreciated. People aren't rewarded by how hard they work but rather how long they have worked at the firm. Why work hard when it doesn't matter?

      One used to be compensated, praised, honored, and rewarded for hard work, work ethic, dedication, and loyalty.

      Cons

      One is now only rewarded for keeping their mouth shut, falling in line, and agreeing, without question, with everything that comes from the top.
