Pros
1. Young and dynamic team: Company is open to hiring young talents; many of the staff hired were fresh grads/converted to full time from internships. 2. Opportunities for growth: Relation to the first point - the young team has the opportunity to tackle challenges head-on, independently.
Cons
1. Company is resistant to change as internal systems and processes are tightly monitored by the headquarters. Something that may be resolved in hours, might now take days because of their involvement. 2. There is a platform for staff to provide feedback when necessary. However, the Management only listens in one ear and out from the other. Hardly anything is ever done, UNLESS the feedback came from a supervisory role. This causes staff to feel dismissed and unmotivated to work for this company. 3. Personal boundaries are crossed when insensitive remarks from the higher-ups are sometimes said to staff. I have heard others receiving, and have personally received such remarks. It really depends who your supervisor is.
