Earning potential and networking: don't kid yourself here! Robert Half offers a commission-only salary structure that gives you the potential to make six figures by year two. It's true, you can make quite a lot of money, and meet a lot of great people, but at great cost to you.
Cons
Impossible expectations: Robert Half leaves you with unobtainable goals to hit every week or month, and consistently knocks you down when you don't reach these. Expect to make upwards of 50 calls daily, have these tracked, and have corporate trainers/directors sit next to you and critique your every move. Not for the faint of heart... even the most outgoing, extroverted professional will struggle to meet expectations. Turnover is VERY high. Cubicles lined up in a call-center environment.
