Working for Robert Half means you will become the best you can be. If you are up to the challenge, there is no better firm in the industry for professional growth.
Cons
This is not really a downside, but to succeed at Robert Half you must have raw talent, be willing to work hard, and the ability and willingness to grow and constantly improve. If you have the right attitude though, you don't see that as a downside. You see it as a normal day in working for the best in class!
