Pros
The best thing about working for RHI was the flexibility to take time off. Please note that recruiters do NOT have that same flexibility. They are expected to work 10 to 12 hour days every day, without a break, no exceptions.
Cons
I've worked in recruiting for a long time, and this is hands-down the worst company I've ever worked for. The internal attitude toward their temps is tolerant at best, and contemptuous at worst. Management's impossible goal setting fosters a workplace rife with unpleasant competition, as well as the negativity that comes from an environment where no one feels secure in their positions. RHI employs a "burn n' churn" method of dealing with employees - wring every last drop out of them as fast as possible, fire them when they falter, and move on to the next. It makes for a shockingly high turnover rate, and consistent dissatisfaction in the lack of continuity, both from temps and clients.
