If you want to work in recruitment work at Robert Half as they give you amazing training, tools and those that do well are rewarded very well.
Cons
Turn over is awful, management favour only the people they like. KPIs are sometimes unrealistic and restrict consultants from doing their actual job. Lack of trust within organisation.
