      You have the ability to work with some terrific co-workers.

      Cons

      Culture is toxic. The management is sub-par and often competing with their own staff for roles and candidates. They encourage confronting other employees to "work out" issues and rules are vague which makes for many issues. Payout is lowest in the business and no base salary.

      Pros

      Great in finding contracts for contract workers. They got me a remote job that allowed me to work from my home in the Midwest for a job in California.

      Cons

      Can be hard to reach at times.

      Good assignments with reputable firms

      Cons

      Your recruiter will not check in with you during the assignment or provide any update on the status of when the assignment will end or reach out about how to secure a new assignment.
