Pros
Great people. I worked as a full time employee of Robert Half being put out on consulting gigs. My boss was sincere when he said he worked for the consultants and not the clients. He wanted to match up good clients with good people, not the other way around. Was full remote. Other consultants were available to answer questions when I needed them. Between clients they're pretty generous with how long you can "stay on the bench," but of course you do need to be receptive to billable work when it comes. It's a partnership.
Cons
Not really a con since I'm a self-starter, but I didn't have a lot of interaction with RH people otherwise. The nature of the consulting job. Well there is one thing: No 401k match. And the PTO was ok but not great... six floating holidays and 13 vacation/sick days.
