Cons
Because of the longevity of employees, they are reluctant to change. Departmentalized which affects teamwork across the company. A lot of "not my problem", "I don't do that", and "that's not my account", rather than pointing a person in the correct direction of who can help them. No written processes or procedures are in place. Problems can be brought to upper management's attention several times and in several different formats. However, until they choose to actually read their emails, look at notes, or reports of their own volition, nothing happens.
