If you get a job there, watch your back. My direct supervisor was constantly saying things to me like, "thanks so much! This is terrific" and "What would I do without you?" At the same time she was telling my department head I was incompetent and she couldn't trust me to do my job. I was fired by the department head based simply on this. I had no way to prove my side of the story.
