Pros

Friendly people doing their hardest. Will strive to make sure you are happy, and will support their employees. Also try to give everyone they work with a fair shake, but will not throw someone to the wind for the sake of making a client happy. Food truck lunches every week are pretty rad. Shame the Smash tournaments at lunch stopped, but it's reasonable when business is picking up.

Cons

Can be loud. Growing quickly, so rooms that were for quiet spaces are always being put to new use. With such growth, it can be hard to stay on top of things.

Pros

From day one of the acquisition, the leadership at Roaming Hunger made it clear this wasn’t just business as usual. It was about building something stronger together. CEO Greg has maintained an open door policy that’s rare to find, and Jill, the Head of People, brings warmth and realness to every interaction. I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate across departments and what stands out is how much people genuinely mean what they say. They don’t just talk the talk. They walk it too. Culture blending can be tricky, but the way Cater2.me and Roaming Hunger came together has been seamless. I’ve felt appreciated, seen, and supported since the very beginning. I’ve gone through other acquisitions before, and this one has been the smoothest by far. That doesn’t mean everything is perfect. It means that communication continues to improve daily and people consistently do what they say they will do. That kind of follow through builds real trust. I’ve been invited to speak on panels, join brainstorming sessions, and sit in one on ones with team members across the org. Support has come from every direction. This is a culture of transparency, ownership, and inclusion.

Cons

No major cons so far. Like any company post acquisition, there are still things evolving, but the direction and leadership are solid.
