Pros
The people are great, the hiring process was really seamless and I felt like part of the team right away. Really social culture, really bright coworkers, haven't been this happy before at a job. Hours are really flexible (people really only care that the work gets done, not how and when) and the pay is awesome, which always helps :)
Cons
the building is in a part of OTR that's still coming along, but still safe area and they have a garage for employees
