Pros
Roadtrippers is an inspiring place to work. The team is fantastic. The work is demanding and sometimes frustrating when dealing with difficult clients, but ultimately, fulfilling. The benefits are EXCELLENT. Hustling and doing your job without needing babysitting is always rewarded. Also, I appreciate more than anything that the company makes it a point to hire a diverse workforce. It means a lot, as a woman in tech, that this is an important issue for our company.
Cons
Sometimes the neighborhood can be sketchy. And the office is sometimes under construction, but you can work from home or a coffee shop or bar if you want.
