Pros
Some great colleagues, okay benefits, and snacks in the office.
Cons
Seems like a lot reviews are being flagged and taken down...so I'll try again: Many employees were abruptly let go under the guise of “poor performance” with no warning. Often, those who are exited are made to be scapegoats for the organization's deep data problems and poor product decisions. There is extremely high turnover and for the most part, those who have been let go have gotten better positions at more reputable companies. The problems in the company begin with leadership. Competent people are kept out of senior positions to protect a very close knit circle who would not be qualified for similar roles in other companies. There is also a level of favoritism that I have not seen anywhere else. Everyone is hired from the same companies. To move up in Roadmunk you have to be friends with or have at one point worked with management at a previous company. On the product side, Roadmunk is simply broken. The app is deeply flawed and instead of working to fix the core offering, resources were diverted to a new product for almost a year. It’s not surprising that this new product has poor adoption and competitors have outpaced Roadmunk.
