About half of the management staff seem to be inexperienced and have difficulty with interpersonal relationships. They do, however, exceeded expectations in their gossiping practices. Attempting to have a conversation with them on workplace topics usually feels like spending time with nonconfrontational high school students. Workplace issues continue to escalate while staff turnovers are above national averages. It would be helpful to see them work in the office more frequently and get involved.
