The reviews for the brand are fantastic, but these are manipulated through heavy efforts to please dissatisfied guests through compensation. So while you can say you are working for a great brand, the industry is aware that the employment reputation is not credible.
Cons
High employee turnover - approximately 15 directors/managers left within a 3 month period, either left without leads or terminated because they are not followers. If you are not Turkish, benefits will not be present and forget about promotions. 6 day work weeks are the norm. The brand is family-run, and the management style is very "king of the castle". Keep your head down and your mouth shut, your opinions, thoughts or ideas are not relevant. The property has a fixed lease contract for the property rental, so cost control is always high and salaries sometimes are not paid on time due to this. If you can believe it, pens are a commodity that are difficult to come by (hello cost control).
