Pros
The hiring process was simple, and a wide range of shifts may be beneficial to students. Upper management seemed positive and supportive, though employees typically get little contact with them.
Cons
There is a very unbalanced ratio of negative to positive feedback from lower management. The way in which employees are engaged by supervisors is often derogatory. This often serves as a barrier in employee satisfaction and efforts to maximize potential.
