Cons
The company promotes a “family-like environment,” but in reality that is not what you experience. There is high turnover, constant department restructuring, and even significant office closures/shutdowns, which creates a lot of instability.
Departments feel disorganized and all over the place, with little clear structure or direction. Upper management often seems out of touch with day-to-day operations, and communication between levels is poor.
Pay is not competitive, and there is very little room for salary growth unless major staffing changes happen. Overall, there is a lack of stability, direction, and real growth opportunities.
